Observing, interacting with and learning to care for animals is a valuable educational experience for children.

 

At Golden Square Kindergarten the children are actively involved in taking care of our pets, fish, stick insects, worm farm and yearly chicken hatching. Through these experiences children are learning about life cycles, ecosystems and building an appreciation for the living things and how to interact with animals and show care, empathy and respect.
